Nancy Mace, American Congresswoman from the state of South Carolina, is a member of the House Committee investigating fraud related to the Covid campaign in the United States. After the second dose of the preparation, she suffered from serious health problems and in this position she is a very real politician. We will see many such parliamentary questions in the US Congress this year.
I’ll show you a short video from the congressional hearing where Nancy Mace asks the questions and the answers are provided by Vijaya Gadde, who served as Twitter’s director of Legal, Political and Trust.
After Nancy Mace presented two examples of censorship of medical expert testimonies made known by Elon Musk’s publications, Nancy Mace asked if Ms. Gadde had a medical background so that she could distinguish scientifically correct statements from medical experts from unscientific ones, Ms. Gadde replied she had no preparation in that direction.
Question: Has there been pressure from the US government on Twitter regarding censorship?
Vijaya Gadde replied: We have received legal requests from the US government to remove content from the platform.
From history we know those who only followed orders. Such a declaration does not relieve one from responsibility for the crimes committed.
Many Americans would not have succumbed to US government pressure to take an experimental drug if they had been honestly informed. This problem is also present in other countries of the world.
In October last year, right after Elon Musk took over Twitter, he fired Ms. Gadda from her job.
