Why did Trump refuse to support Saudi Arabia in the war against Yemen that the country has resumed? Why has Russia halted diesel exports, and is the U.S. considering a similar move? One could explain Trump’s behavior by pointing to the upcoming midterm elections in the U.S. It’s clear that, in such a situation, he won’t allow himself to be drawn into another conflict. On the other hand, high oil prices won’t convince voters to vote for his party either. While the restrictions on fuel exports can be justified by strategic considerations, Russia is an oil exporter, and the price of oil is a key factor for the Russian economy. During the protracted war in Ukraine, Russia supplied oil there for the tanks that the West had given to Ukraine.
This looks like an illegal collusion among oil-producing countries. To put it very simply: the global cartel of oil producers has agreed on measures to maximize profits. And Saudi Arabia? It has become a victim of its own policy, which is based on an alliance with the U.S. I wouldn’t be surprised if the story of Saddam Hussein and the CIA’s tacit support for his attack on Kuwait were to repeat itself—an attack that ended with the U.S. invasion of Iraq. This time, the U.S. won’t even need its own army—the Yemenis will take care of it for them. That’s how it ends when you ignore the history of virtually all of the U.S.’s past allies.
The price of oil is being artificially driven up by the spread of the theory that this resource is in short supply. I wrote about this in my article The Myth of Fossil Fuels.
In the 160 years of of oil production history, we have been told countless times that oil will soon run out, only to set a new end date for the global production shortly afterwards. - Oil shortage – supplies are running low; prices must be raised;
- Terrorism—the greatest enemy of civilization, which must be fought by any means necessary;
- 9/11—Al-Qaeda is at the forefront of the terrorists, just not anymore;
- Israel—has the right to defend itself and kill the residents of the Gaza Strip;
- Putin—an aggressor against Ukraine, the Middle East, and most certainly against Venezuela as well;
- The Deep State—a shadow government that pays the media to convince us that the Deep State doesn’t even exist;
- The EU—founded to strengthen Europe’s position in the world, it is the source of the continent’s greatest catastrophes;
- The pharmaceutical industry—does it protect our health or its own interests?
- AI—is supposed to replace the difficult thought process and set us on the right path.
This is by no means a complete list of the scams from around the world that we see on our TV screens every day.
The Americans are already on their way …
If, like most people, you judge world politics based on gas prices at the gas station, then take a moment to consider the forces behind it all. We’re facing a major price shock—not because oil reserves are running low, but because someone has carefully planned it this way.
