The latest Big Brother Watch Report, “Britain’s Free Speech Problem,” quantifies this assault. It notes that British police have arrested an astounding 62,199 people for “communications offenses” over the last five years. For the record, that’s more speech-related arrests than in China, Russia or any of the other countries we’re constantly told are the “enemies of human rights and Western democratic values.”
But what you may not know about this sorry state of affairs is that the UK police state did not spring up overnight and it is not the result of the capricious whims of this or that police officer. It is actually a part of a vast bureaucratic infrastructure for speech policing that has been carefully erected over the past two decades. This infrastructure includes a deliberately bewildering array of investigative units, task forces, directorates and government ministries whose existence has been largely concealed from the public and whose operations are shrouded in secrecy. On March 30, 2026, the following comparison was published on hrnews1.substack.com: Great Britain, China, and Russia:
- UK (2023): 12,183 arrests under communications laws. Recorded annually. Enforcement is continuous and year-round;
- China: Approximately 1,500 arrests from a specific government crackdown on online rumours, running from December 2023 to April 2024 — a time-limited campaign, not an annual figure;
- Russia: Approximately 400 cases cited from a 2017 report. A more recent 2023 report documented 882 criminal prosecutions for online posts, following new censorship laws introduced after the invasion of Ukraine.
It is not George Orwell—the British writer and journalist—who is responsible for the introduction of totalitarian censorship in the United Kingdom. Behind this are globalist forces—please let’s not call them “elites.”
The World Economic Forum (WEF) does not own any real estate in Davos. The annual meetings in Davos (including those at the Congress Center) take place in facilities owned by the city of Davos as well as local hotels and partners, which the WEF rents or takes over for the duration of the annual summit.
The City of London Corporation is headquartered in the area of the British capital known as the “City of London” and promotes programs under the motto “The Global City.” According to its official definition, its primary goal is to lobby to secure London’s position as the world’s leading financial center. The City of London (also colloquially known as “The City” or “The Square Mile”) is the historic and financial center of London and enjoys a unique legal status and autonomy.
- Area: The area covers approximately 2.9 km² (which corresponds exactly to the Roman city of Londinium), which is why it is often referred to as the “square mile”;
- Census (2021): 8,583 residents;
- Estimates (2024–2025): approx. 15,111 residents (a sharp increase has been recorded in recent years);
- Daily Influx: Despite the small number of permanent residents, hundreds of thousands of people come here every day for work and tourism;
- Relationship to London: It is not an ordinary city district. Together with the 32 London boroughs, it forms Greater London, but legally functions as an independent, self-governing entity and a ceremonial county;
- Administration and Autonomy: It has its own government (the City of London Corporation), its own traditions, and its own police force (the City of London Police)—the only area of its kind in the United Kingdom.

Of course, the British police state is run by government structures. The government, in turn, is run by globalist structures, including those based in the City of London. As befits a dictatorship, the globalists have created a classic pyramid-shaped leadership structure. At the very top are… Well, who is this would-be ruler of the world? Maybe Larry Fink? I don’t think so. Those at the very top successfully conceal their faces, pointing the finger—when necessary—at Soros, Gates, Zuckerberg, and similar creatures who, while deserving of punishment, are nonetheless the best scapegoats for the vengeful mob due to their own stupidity. The worst offenders remain hidden and reserve the right to withdraw if the project of world domination ultimately fails.
The effects of this cartel are felt worldwide. Even little Austria dances to the tune of the globalist hierarchy, which is imposed on governments that have succumbed to this ulcer in the increasingly diseased fabric of the world organism.
