The widespread use of biological weapons and intentional fraud—these are the most serious allegations in a civil lawsuit against the well-known architects of the “plandemic.”
On Thursday, a hearing was held at a district court in the Netherlands in a highly controversial case: Bill Gates, Mark Rutte, and Albert Bourla, among others, were accused of misleading the public and causing harm in connection with COVID-19 vaccines. The defense attorneys bitterly complained that no one would want to get involved in politics or advise scientists if they faced the risk of being taken to court for their actions. This is indeed a very peculiar strategy.
On October 22, a civil trial was held at the District Court of North Holland in Leeuwarden against multibillionaire Bill Gates, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, and 14 other defendants. The plaintiffs accuse them of intentionally misleading the public regarding COVID-19 vaccines and the resulting health damages. The plaintiffs’ legal representatives allege the use of biological weapons and participation in an international conspiracy. The defendants reject all charges, criticizing in particular the attempt to prosecute politicians and scientists. A verdict is expected between December 2026 and February 2027.

The statements submitted by Sasha Latypova (pharmaceutical entrepreneur and analyst), former Pfizer senior research manager and vice president Michael Yeadon (pharmacologist, biochemist), Catherine Austin Fitts (investment banker, former government official, financial analyst), and Joseph Sansone (psychologist, psychotherapist) played a central role. Stassen relied in particular on Latypova’s account that the development and procurement of the drugs had taken place, in part, within military structures. Latypova and Sansone were personally present in the courtroom as observers.

The key witness in this case, Prof. Francis Boyle, author of the U.S. Biological Weapons Act of 1989, died suddenly and unexpectedly shortly after it was confirmed that he would testify against Gates and Bourli. He believed that both the mRNA vaccines and the coronavirus itself were, from the very beginning, part of offensive bioweapons programs funded by the U.S. research agency DARPA.
The second attorney, Arno van Kessel, who initiated the ongoing trial, is unable to support his colleague Peter Stassen, as Stassen was forcibly arrested on June 11, 2025, and detained for 260 days on charges of plotting an attack on the NATO summit in The Hague. He is a member of the “Sovereigns” terrorist network. His pretrial detention was suspended after nine months. Although the investigation failed to produce sufficient evidence, he is required to wear an electronic ankle monitor. However, this was reason enough for the Dutch Bar Association to revoke his license to practice law. Van Kessel himself describes this as follows: “This is what’s called ‘lawfare,’ one of the hallmarks of a fascist state in which we unfortunately live.” Lawfare—in other words, war.
The defendants’ money certainly did not influence the events described above. After all, we are dealing here with noble philanthropists who would literally do anything for the good of humanity.
If convicted, the defendants do not face the death penalty, as it does not exist in EU countries; they do not even face a prison sentence, since this is a civil proceeding and not a criminal one. You cannot hire a lawyer to bring your child’s murderer to trial. Such crimes fall under the jurisdiction of the public prosecutor’s office, which can initiate criminal proceedings.
What we are currently witnessing in the Netherlands is a milestone on the path to making the world aware that the “plandemic” was not merely a genocide on a scale unprecedented in world history. It was a systematically planned project aimed at reducing the population and restricting the human rights that are a thorn in the side of the globalists.

This civil proceeding has already been a major success, as it went ahead despite massive pressure and is being made accessible to the public thanks to a court-ordered live broadcast from the courtroom.
I suspect that this decision was intended to bolster the Dutch court’s credibility in the public eye in order to—hopefully I’m wrong—underpin the upcoming acquittal.
Although the mainstream lying media is silent on this case, thanks to media outlets independent of the globalists—which are popping up like mushrooms—more and more people worldwide are learning details about the planned pandemic genocide.
