However, I believe that globalism must be destroyed—this phrase, which I have rephrased from Cato the Elder, referred to Carthage and is said to have concluded every one of his speeches in the Roman Senate during the Punic Wars (264–146 B.C.), even when the speeches had nothing to do with Carthage.
Some politically charged words become part of our common vocabulary almost overnight. “Globalism” is a timely example. Ten or fifteen years ago, calling someone a “globalist” didn’t have much effect. Today, it is well understood as a pejorative that highlights someone’s allegiance to international institutions over those created within a nation state.
Quote from an article published on americanthinker.com on August 7: Globalism Must Be Vanquished.

The globalists’ greatest achievement to date has been the rollback of civil liberties, achieved primarily through the COVID-19 panic. All three world powers have willingly participated in this and exploited this idea for their own benefit.
- With its Social Credit System, China has perfected a system that far surpasses the visions Orwell described in his novel “1984,” securing economic dominance and, with it, the world’s dependence on Chinese production;
- The COVID-19 pandemic enabled Russia to tighten internal control, implement a decisive constitutional amendment, and engage in “coronavirus diplomacy” to undermine the West’s position;
- The fear pandemic stoked by Trump led to the 2020 election fraud, provoked Russia into waging war in Ukraine, and—entirely in line with the globalists’ plans—set in motion the West’s process of self-destruction.
It is a mistake to classify Trump as part of the globalist camp. Trump implements his own ideas and is capable of temporarily allying himself with enemies in order to take further steps that bring him closer to his goal. All three world leaders have no problem sacrificing another’s life to achieve their own, rarely openly stated goals. Morality has always been a foreign concept in politics. Pragmatism comes first. That is why I am certain that all three major powers secretly agree on rules of conduct, at least on issues that bring them concrete advantages, such as consolidating their power at the expense of their own populations.

Unknown perpetrators have hung white T-shirts bearing the slogan “My Last Shirt” on numerous town signs in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
The globalists’ greatest ally is the conformism of most of us, as well as fear, which is the strongest motivator of human action. You will never be a free person if you allow fear—whether justified or not—to dictate your actions.
Do you think the Iranians feel no fear? Of course they fear for their own lives and those of their loved ones, yet they have relied on logical thinking and defeated the world’s greatest power. We could learn a lot from them, instead of telling the world about our imagined superiority over one of the world’s oldest cultures.

They say money rules the world. So we’re subject to the power of paper. Is it the Chinese who are to blame? Traditionally, the Chinese court official Cai Lun is considered the inventor of paper; in 105 AD, he presented the emperor with a new method for producing writing material. To do so, he used tree bark, hemp, old rags, and fishing nets.
