Not too long ago, in April, I published an article featuring a photo of the sky above my apartment in Vienna. But something has changed. For the past few weeks, airplanes have suddenly and unexpectedly stopped leaving “contrails” behind. Perhaps the airlines have retired their outdated fleets of Boeings and Airbuses and replaced them with modern hydrogen-powered aircraft?

I’m more inclined to believe that the pseudo-philanthropists who presume to play the role of God have finally felt the fear they’ve been so eager to exploit to achieve their goals. We really have Dr. Mengele to thank for refraining from conducting further experiments. Perhaps this is just a consequence of the fuel crisis. After all, it’s common knowledge that billionaires are the biggest misers.

I don’t know if this is a global phenomenon, but for several weeks now I haven’t seen any toxic contrails in the Viennese sky. For anyone who doesn’t know what a cloudless sky looks like, here’s a photo I took today, similar to the one I mentioned in the introduction:

MILITARY CHEMTRAILS (current constituents)

1. Pseudomonas aeruginosa – bacteria that typically infect the lungs;
2. Pseudomonas fluorescens – bacteria that cause blood and respiratory tract infections;
3. Serratia marcescens – bacteria that cause pneumonia, encephalitis, and heart inflammation;
4. Mycoplasma fermented incognitus – pathogenic microorganisms produced by the U.S. military and found in 45% of U.S. soldiers (-> “Soldiers’ Golf Syndrome”);
5. Streptomyces and other fungal species;
6. Certain types of yeast;
7. Bacteria containing specific bacterial enzymes capable of altering the human genome;
8. Barium salts;
9. Aluminum – particle size in the micrometer range (of interest: Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, etc.);
10. Ethylene dibromide* (dibromoethane) C2X4Br2 – a carcinogenic fuel additive and an insecticide with a chloroform-like odor.

Declassified CIA documents from 1965 confirm that, under President Lyndon B. Johnson’s administration, the United States systematically worked to use the weather as a weapon. As part of Project “Stormfury,” silver iodide was added to hurricanes, and as part of Project “Popeye” during the Vietnam War, toxic lead iodide was used to prolong the monsoon season and destroy the enemy’s supply lines.

Johnson himself stated in 1962: “Whoever controls the weather will control the world.” These documents reveal a decades-long program that enjoyed the president’s full support—ranging from hurricane manipulation to military weather operations.

Although this is not a direct quote, I was inspired by an article to write these two paragraphs: CIA geoengineering confirmed in declassified documents.
