Yet another farce, which the Western media has portrayed as “Russian disinformation,” turns out to be true.
Of course, not all reports coming out of the Kremlin are the whole truth, and those coming out of Washington are always lies. Anyone who lives in such a black-and-white world is deceiving themselves. Both sides employ propaganda experts. The Russians, however, do it much better—it’s hard to accuse them of lying and back that up with evidence.
US Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard has released declassified documents that she says reveal longstanding US funding for more than 120 biological laboratories across over 30 countries, including more than 40 facilities in Ukraine, while accusing previous administrations of concealing the extent of the program.

The scientists working in these military laboratories know full well that viruses—at least as they are defined—do not transmit diseases. I invite skeptics to read my article from yesterday: Influenza transmission completely fails the real-world test.
The work carried out in such a secret laboratory is aimed at finding new methods to combat infectious diseases—not to cure them, but to kill. The difference between these military facilities and academic medicine is that the latter at least attempts to keep the sick alive and manage their illness. Secret laboratories work on biological methods to kill anyone designated as an enemy.
June 18, 2022. Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry reported finding documents in confiscated bio labs in Ukraine that showed researchers were testing harmful pathogens with the apparent intention of using them as part of biological weapons. Source.
Every country with military ambitions also conducts research into biological weapons. Most of the time, they don’t even bother to justify it, and when they do, they usually resort to the argument: “We must not allow our adversaries to gain an advantage”—and that’s enough to silence the critics of this madness.
