More than three years into Russia’s “Special Military Operation” (SMO) in Ukraine, there are still those who continue to speak of unprovoked and brutal Russian aggression. The qualifier “brutal” is particularly useful for contrast with the gentle and kindly wars that Western powers approve of, like the one presently being waged on Gaza, Lebanon and Syria where the Israelis are pulling triggers, but the US and European powers are supplying the untold thousands of tons of ammunition and supplying target point of interest coordinates. But the greater lie about Ukraine is the characterization of the SMO as “unprovoked.” Below is a very condensed timeline of how the war was hatched, entirely by Western powers led by Britain and the US.
The above quote comes from an article published Wednesday on TrendCompass: How an unprovoked war in Ukraine was provoked.

If you are interested in the history of the Euromaidan, I invite you to read the article How do you become prime minister, in which you can listen to a conversation between the US Secretary of State Viktoria Nulland and the then US Ambassador to Kiev, Goffrey Pyatt (with German subtitles). It is a documentary showing how the US overthrew the legitimate government in Kiev and installed a new pro-American government.
So why are so many people convinced that Putin carried out a brutal aggression against innocent Ukraine for no reason at all? The answer is simple: these people watch television and are convinced that they already know everything.

if you proudly want to shoot people who have done nothing to you just because some politician and the news tell you often enough that they are the bad guys.
When a bloody dictatorship was established in Germany 90 years ago, it was similar to today. Nazi propaganda was preached on the radio and in the newspapers, and increasingly brutal punishments were introduced for spreading information that was not permitted by the government. Today, this is called “combating disinformation” or “hate speech”. Disinformation and hate speech are the most apt terms for today’s propaganda.
