Toothpaste without the addition of fluoride is difficult to find on the market today. The other day I went to the supermarket to buy a bottle of water. There is a list of ingredients on the bottle. Fluoride or its compounds can be found in every bottle of water – sparkling or not. We can only choose the lowest dose. However, the problem with fluoride is that the human body cannot get rid of it. In some countries, such as B. Great Britain, fluoride is added to the tap water.

United Kingdom

Around 14% of the population of the United Kingdom receives fluoridated water. About half a million people receive water that is naturally fluoridated with calcium fluoride, and about 6 million total receive fluoridated water. The Water Act 2003 required water suppliers to comply with requests from local health authorities to fluoridate their water. Source.

Why am I so negative about this element? After all, for over half a century we have read information in the press and on television about the miraculous effects of fluoride on tooth enamel. For people who are legitimately asking this question, I recommend reading about the fluoride lie.

Fluoride is another lie to fool people. The cholesterol scam of lowering maximum blood cholesterol levels has been followed by scams such as: blood pressure and drugs to lower it, altering blood sugar levels, and prescribing “drugs” to lower cholesterol levels to often healthy people. Of course, there are cases where high blood pressure, high blood sugar or, to a much lesser extent, high cholesterol have an impact on human health. However, in most cases, the drugs used cause serious damage to health.

Real medicines serve to heal, i.e. to prevent the causes of diseases. Such drugs will be difficult to find in today’s pharmacies. Chemical and patented preparations sold in pharmacies are used to reduce symptoms or to adjust laboratory results to artificially created standards. These standards have only been changed to increase the market for these most commonly harmful substances.

So what to use instead of toothpaste? There is a simple and inexpensive way – baking soda – widely used, which perfectly performs the function of toothpaste. An alternative is fluoride-free toothpaste. To do this, however, it is necessary to check in the shop what ingredients this paste consists of. It is usually in very small print. Toothpaste with fluoride or its compounds, e.g. fluorides, are a reason for me to put such a product back on the shelf.
