Dr. David Martin is an American physician, patent examiner, mathematician, scientist and inventor. He founded M-Cam, a company engaged in financial risk management based on intellectual property. At the request of the US government, he was sent to many countries at the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries to investigate the proliferation of biological and chemical weapons. In a speech on September 13, 2023 in the European Parliament, Dr. David Martin presents evidence of the criminal activities of the privately funded WHO organization.
