After all, every fool knows that LDL—now that the cholesterol myth has been debunked—is “bad” because it transports cholesterol in the wrong direction; at least, that’s the nonsense spread by conventional medicine. Exactly! Every fool knows that.

The biggest lies that have become your “Truth”:

  1. “Cholesterol is your enemy—take statins.” Cholesterol is the building block of your cells, your brain, your hormones, and your immune system. By artificially lowering it, you harm your body and your mental health. Statins mean billions for corporations, not your health;
  2. “Animal fats cause heart attacks.” People used to live to be a hundred years old on lard and butter. The problem is refined vegetable oils, margarine, and trans fats—modern toxins sold as “health”;
  3. “You have to be afraid of the sun.” The sun is life. It’s natural vitamin D, the hormone for energy and immunity. Sunscreen? That’s a chemical that blocks vitamin D synthesis and burdens your body with toxins;
  4. “Depression—psychotropic drugs help—take a pill.” A pill cures neither a shattered soul nor rotting intestines, a toxic environment, or a lack of meaning in life. It numbs your emotions and traps you in a spiral of ever-new prescriptions;
  5. “Chemotherapy cures cancer.” Chemotherapy burns your cells, destroys the immune system, and wreaks more havoc on the body than the tumor itself. The true cure? Detoxification, mitochondrial regeneration, and changes to your environment, mindset, and lifestyle;
  6. “Without vaccines, you won’t survive.” Your immune system—if you strengthen it—is more powerful than any laboratory. But you can’t patent it, so they’ve convinced you that without a shot, you’re a nobody;
  7. “Fluoride protects your teeth.” Fluoride is a toxic industrial waste product that damages the pineal gland and the nervous system and paralyzes your intuition;
  8. “Education brings freedom.” No. School is programming. It kills intuition and creativity and turns you into a cog in the machine that knows data and formulas but doesn’t know itself;
  9. “Democracy is your power.” That’s a play for the masses. The real decisions are made in banks, corporations, and offices to which you have no access;
  10. “Without credit, you’re a nobody.” Credit is a modern shackle. A golden collar that keeps you from taking risks and dreaming;
  11. “The media tell the truth.” The media is a propaganda machine that feeds you fear and division. Its mission? To keep you in fear and a sense of dependence;
  12. “Without a degree or a diploma, you’re a nobody.” The world’s greatest visionaries were self-taught. But the system has convinced you that a piece of paper is what matters—not knowledge, intuition, and experience;
  13. “Your body is a disease factory—you have to treat it.” Your body is a self-regulating miracle that heals itself if you don’t feed it junk and don’t live under toxic stress;
  14. “Aging is a sentence that leads to illness.” No. It is the result of years of poisoning the body, of neglect and ignorance. A conscious person can remain strong and capable well into their 90s;
  15. “A 40-hour workweek is normal.” Normal for a slave, not for a free person. You’re supposed to be tired so you don’t have the strength to question the system.
  16. “Alcohol in small doses is healthy.” There is no such thing as a healthy dose of a neurotoxin. Alcohol is a business of death sold in golden wrappers;
  17. “Energy drinks and coffee give you energy.” They drain your adrenal glands and burn through your reserves. True energy comes from sleep, breathing, light, and cellular nutrition;
  18. “Technology always means progress.” Smartphones, 5G, social media—these are tools of control, addiction, and the exploitation of attention;
  19. “The world is dangerous; people are enemies.” That’s a lie designed to stoke fear and keep you locked in a cage. A divided society is easier to control;
  20. “You have to consume to be happy.” Always new products, always new things—and behind it all, there’s nothing but emptiness. Because true happiness isn’t found in stores, and they know that;
  21. “Raw milk and dairy products are harmful.” Is that true? Raw milk, kefir, and yogurt from a good source contain live bacterial flora, probiotics, and vitamins. But the system pushes …—a dead liquid full of toxins—on you;
  22. “Eggs only in small quantities.” A myth. Eggs are a true nutritional powerhouse, rich in choline and healthy fats. But the system has convinced you that they’re dangerous—so you’ll buy their powders and dietary supplements.

Why do we believe these lies? Because they’re repeated like a mantra. Because we’re programmed to obey from childhood onward. Because you’ve been taught that “the authorities know best” and that you should just listen and not ask questions. Because the system is a spider’s web that traps you, your children, and your grandchildren in the illusion of safety, while your freedom is being stolen from you piece by piece.

They want you to be obedient, to believe this nonsense, to never question their narrative. An obedient and trained person is an excellent slave to the system.

But you have a choice. Either you continue to believe their lies and live in an illusion, or you break these chains and reclaim yourself.

Skeptics will say: “Those are just empty claims! Where’s the evidence?” These empty claims were listed at the beginning of this article, along with 22 examples. You want scientific evidence? Here you go—let’s take a look at the first point: the cholesterol lie and statins. I’ve already written a lot about the other points on this blog, and I’ll be writing even more about them.

In a Sunday article on midwesterndoctor.com: The Great Cholesterol Lie and The Dangers of Statins a well-known American doctor writes:

In the 1960s and 1970s, a debate emerged over what caused heart disease. On one side, John Yudkin effectively argued that the sugar being added to our food by the processed food industry was the chief culprit. On the other side, Ancel Keys (who attacked Yudkin’s work) argued that it was due to saturated fat and cholesterol.

Ancel Keys won, Yudkin’s work was largely dismissed, and Keys became nutritional dogma. A large part of Key’s victory was based on his study of seven countries (Italy, Greece, Former Yugoslavia, Netherlands, Finland, America, and Japan), which showed that as saturated fat consumption increased, heart disease increased in a linear fashion.

However, what many don’t know (as this study is still frequently cited) is that this result was simply a product of the countries Keys chose (e.g., one author illustrated that if Finland, Israel, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, France, and Sweden had been chosen, the opposite would have been found).

In the rest of this article, we’ll present a series of pieces of evidence exposing the cholesterol hoax and the harmful effects of cholesterol-lowering drugs—statins. There are already thousands of such studies that debunk the lie about cholesterol and are supported by scientific research. And yet: When you go to the doctor and your cholesterol level exceeds the thresholds—which are set far too low—the doctor authoritatively declares that you need a statin and writes you a prescription. And when an authority figure in a white coat tells you that, just keep your mouth shut and don’t ask any uncomfortable questions. He knows better—at the academy of false theories, he was taught how you’re supposed to believe in these false dogmas of modern medicine.

If you care about your health, ignore that doctor and find a sensible one—unless you have no alternative. If doctors truly cared about our health, they would focus on treating the causes of diseases rather than fighting the symptoms.

The Rodzeń brothers (Mateusz and Łukasz Rodzeń) are Polish doctors who educate the public on topics such as metabolic health, low-carb diets (LCHF/KETO), therapeutic carbohydrate restriction, and intermittent fasting through their YouTube channel, podcasts, and books.

16 billion U.S. dollars per year: The global statin market is currently (as of 2024/2025) estimated at approximately 16–17 billion U.S. dollars. According to forecasts, the value of this market will rise to over 20 billion US dollars by 2032. This is one of the main reasons why we must believe that cholesterol is the cause of atherosclerosis.

Nearly 60% of the brain’s dry weight—or its overall composition—consists of fat (lipids). Consider how lowering your cholesterol levels will affect your brain. Think about this before you start this pseudo-therapy with statins. Once you begin such “treatment,” it will become significantly more difficult to draw logical conclusions.
