On October 22, after more than three years of uninterrupted litigation, seven plaintiffs will appear in court for the main hearing in this extraordinary case against the Dutch state, Mark Rutte, Bill Gates, and other defendants. Before three judges of the North Holland District Court in Leeuwarden, evidence was presented on the core issues of the case: the COVID-19 vaccines, fraud, the “Great Reset”—and the narrative the world was supposed to accept.
The following information is taken from the description below the video containing the procedural explanation provided by the prosecution’s expert witnesses:
The plaintiffs had requested that their international expert witnesses testify orally under oath before the North Holland District Court. The court refused to hear them. Consequently, attorney Peter W.H. Stassen devised another way to present the evidence in court. In a sworn recording made for the motion for admission of liability, the experts answer Peter Stassen’s questions and present the evidence they had intended to present to the judges.
The complete video recording of the procedural statement was submitted to the court and all defendants on September 22, 2026, as Exhibit No. 157. The accompanying written expert reports were admitted. The video recording of the procedural statement was rejected. No reason was given. Peter Stassen immediately filed an objection and pointed out to the court that the exclusion of this evidence made it impossible to conduct a fair trial in accordance with Article 6 of the ECHR and “undermined the functioning of the rule of law.”

I have no illusions about the outcome of the trial against the plandemists. It’s quite a sensation that this trial has even taken place. We owe that to two courageous lawyers. One of them was charged with terrorism.

There are people who claim that things are better in the Netherlands than, say, in Germany. Reiner Fuellmich was imprisoned three years ago, while van Kessel was released after just under a year in the high-security prison in Vught. Sure, the Netherlands gives its slaves a longer chain so they have more “freedom.”
The process of shifting consciousness that began six years ago is moving forward. Fewer and fewer doctors object when I tell them in private that the pandemic was a planned hoax. I hear the hackneyed insult “conspiracy theorist” less and less often, because it no longer works.
This process takes time, and that’s why many of us are growing impatient and complaining that, in our opinion, too few people understand what’s going on in the world. I, too, would like to see greater progress. As a realist, however, I’m aware that this irreversible trend is advancing slowly but steadily. It’s grassroots work that doesn’t yield spectacular successes every day and therefore has many critics.
Let’s compare, however, the situation today with that of six years ago, when there was widespread fear of the “TV virus.” Even those who once championed the slogan “Get vaccinated—you’ll save your neighbor’s life” largely no longer see any point in such an approach today. I’m not referring to the corrupt pseudo-experts—they’ll fight to the bitter end. And their moral downfall draws nearer with each passing day. Even now, they’re facing society’s well-deserved contempt.
