In the past, it was much easier to determine who had won a war than it is today. Captured fortresses and peace treaties clearly showed who had prevailed. After the liberation of Vienna by the Polish King Jan III Sobieski, the Austrian Emperor Leopold I was reluctant to acknowledge the Polish monarch’s contribution. However, the execution in 1683 of the ill-fated leader of the Turkish forces, the vizier Kara Mustafa, clearly showed who the loser of that war was.

Today’s “winners” of wars create their own success by controlling the media, especially television. For nearly five years, Ukraine has been on the verge of victory over the Kremlin. The propaganda is effective with an uncritical audience that is content with the television drivel consisting of lies, denials, and, above all, omissions of events that do not fit the narrative. Similarly, Trump presents his “successes” by spouting utter nonsense about Iran’s collapsing economy, military, and war capabilities—all while knowing full well that he is lying. What choice does he have but to keep at least some of his voters clinging to the hope of an impossible victory? The second audience for these fabrications is his ally—Israel. Trump’s threats against Tehran serve to reassure Netanyahu.
Even if it is true that Trump is fighting the “deep state,” this does not justify the war crimes committed on his orders. It is obvious that no war is possible without casualties. However, supporting the murder of innocent civilians under the pretext of fighting terrorism, as in the Gaza Strip, or the fight against drug cartels in the Caribbean, is an unforgivable crime.
The disregard for the tradition of the inviolability of negotiators and the misuse of negotiations to prepare a treacherous attack do not exactly attest to the nobility of politicians who would like to be role models in the style of Western heroes. This is not only a despicable crime, but also an extremely ill-considered act that will have consequences for future negotiations.
This is a response to U.S. plans to impose an economic blockade on Iran.
The Americans are literally seeing the ground burn beneath their feet in the Persian Gulf. The Iraqi government has firmly rejected a proposal by the United States to keep a contingent of coalition forces in the country beyond the September 30 deadline. Source.
We are witnessing the decline of Western civilization, which wages war against the weak. A new world order is dawning. Let us hope that it is not an order that aligns with Klaus Schwab’s plans.
