The OSCE—the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe—was established on January 1, 1995. The organization’s goal is to prevent conflicts in Europe. French reserve officer Benoît Paré served in Ukraine as part of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission from 2015 to 2022.
In an article published on Tuesday titled What I saw in Ukraine isn’t a topic of conversation in the West, source, SWISSVOX writes:
The Frenchman did not follow the war from a television studio. Between 2015 and 2022, he worked for the Special Monitoring Mission of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). His postings included Kyiv, Donetsk, Kramatorsk, Mariupol, and Luhansk. As a reserve officer and former analyst in the French army, he also possessed military experience from previous deployments. What he saw there, according to his own account, led himto write his book «Ce que j’ai vu en Ukraine» – «What I saw in Ukraine».
The interview with Benoît Paré and his article confirm the main thesis of my blog: namely, that all major conflicts around the world have been meticulously planned and carried out with military precision. This applies both to the biological war known as “Covid” and to the wars in Ukraine and the Persian Gulf. I pose a specific question to the skeptics:
How is it possible that virtually the entire media and political establishment holds one and the same false view about who the enemy is (COVID, Putin, or the Iranian government) and how to combat them? Has the opinion leaders’ previous, nuanced stance simply vanished overnight?
Achieving this requires enormous financial resources and a military organization dedicated to implementing this plan. I have listed here only a small fraction of the areas that the United Nations has outlined in the 2030 Agenda.
Ukraine has already officially apologized for the “accidental” attack on an Iranian ship in the Caspian Sea. Just as in this case, they misjudged Trump’s intentions. While such attempts to curry favor with the U.S. president sometimes have an effect, they cannot make up for the gaps in missile supplies.
