In his article published on Tuesday on strategic-culture.su, titled Geopolitics and Artificial Intelligence: Who will write the Rules of the Game?, the following passage appears:
The fundamental problem is that artificial intelligence is not neutral. Every AI system incorporates values, priorities, decision-making criteria, and cultural models defined by its designers. When AI is used to support administrative, judicial, economic, or military decisions, it inevitably produces normative effects. In other words, AI does not merely apply rules; it helps create them. Algorithms select information, classify individuals, determine priorities, and guide collective behavior. This means that AI can become a mechanism capable of shaping the social order in an invisible yet extremely effective way.

We cannot stop the development of AI, nor is it necessary to do so. This next phase of technological development will unfold regardless of our feelings about it. Fields such as medicine, the judiciary, government agencies, education, and politics will increasingly depend on the insights—and often the actions—derived from AI analyses. This will be followed by another phase in which AI will make and implement decisions autonomously, without human intervention. If you have a vivid imagination, you should feel goosebumps right now—or wherever you usually feel that sensation.

How did you know it was going to work?
Now I’m sitting here wondering if it’s worth saving money for college.
In today’s world, where officially only those who do not belong to the oligarchy are required to obey the law, establishing rules to limit the influence of interest groups on AI algorithms seems like a waste of time. However, something must be done to prevent the boards of major technology corporations—and thus the people who have the greatest influence over these technocratic instruments of power—from taking control of the world.

Who are the regulations aimed at controlling the development of computer-based pseudo-intelligence supposed to target? Precisely those who were never held accountable for triggering the 2020 bioweapons war or for other tragedies that were staged precisely to prevent any reckoning. The war in Ukraine, the massacre of Palestinians in their own land occupied by Israel, the manipulation of mass migration to weaken nation-states, or taxes on the air—more precisely, on a tiny fraction of it—CO2. The destruction of the economies of Western nations is also part of this diabolical plan.
At its I/O 2026 developer conference, Google announced it would replace traditional search with an AI agent—without an opt-out option, without user consent. The backlash was immediate: DuckDuckGo has seen an explosive surge in installations. A lesson in what happens when a monopolist overstretches the patience of its captive customers. Source.
Although the trend of Google users leaving the platform is still modest, given the dominant market position of this cornerstone of technocracy, it offers hope that the trend triggered by the introduction of ever-new measures to control users can be reversed. In this situation, it makes sense to look for other, less intrusive search engines. One of them is DuckDuckGo.
