One might think that the dream of creating a superhuman—one capable of overcoming the biological, natural limits of humanity—is nothing more than a fantasy conjured up by mad generals. A topic that lends itself perfectly to science fiction films. For decades, transhumanist experiments to create a “super soldier” have been conducted in all world powers. Just as soybeans’ genes are modified to make them resistant to glyphosate, genetically modified humans have been created for years.

China confirms the birth of genetically modified children…
The legally mandated curvature of the cucumber is taking on human characteristics.

For example, a Pentagon-sponsored RAND report published in 2021 outlines the technological potentials of this controversial transhumanist research, which includes potentially “adding reptilian genes that provide the ability to see in infrared,” and “making humans stronger, more intelligent, or more adapted to extreme environments.”

The quoted excerpt is from a Tuesday article on sociable.co: DARPA ‘D-PECHE’ looks to epigenetic modification for human cognitive enhancement.

Epigenetic modifications do not alter the DNA sequence and are reportedly fully reversible. At least, that is what an extraordinary artificial intelligence claims. It deactivates or activates selected genes.

When science plays God and creates artificial humans.

Science is currently venturing down paths that hardly anyone would have thought possible—or ethically justifiable: Scientists are working to artificially create humans without eggs, sperm, or a uterus. What was once considered a grim dystopia is now being discussed and funded under the guise of medical progress and technological openness.

What is euphemistically sold to the public as medical progress aligns perfectly with the agenda of an ideology that is gaining increasing influence: that of transhumanism. For years, the World Economic Forum (WEF) has been preaching that humanity needs to reach the “next stage of evolution”—through merging with machines, genome editing, and biotechnological optimization. Humans, as WEF thought leader Yuval Noah Harari proclaimed, are “hackable”—their biology a matter of data processing. Source.

The “post-humanist era” is dawning, in which humans will no longer be individual beings but merely products. Added to this are digital identity, genetic manipulation, and the use of artificial intelligence to exert complete control over life—including genetic engineering and global population control.

Wherever there is a risk that research will be misused for purposes contrary to human interests, there is also a positive side—the advancement of science toward a better understanding of life processes and, consequently, the development of ways to improve living conditions and public health. Precisely because self-proclaimed philanthropists insidiously promise us a bright future and lure us with the prospect of improved health, societal oversight of the direction of such research must be strengthened. A complete ban on genetic research would be like throwing the baby out with the bathwater. We must not allow genetics to be misused against humanity. Yet the advancement of research cannot be halted by bans alone.
