“Panta rhei” – this well-known ancient Greek phrase means that everything is in motion. This also applies to science, if not especially so. The presentation of claims in the media that “science has clearly confirmed” and that any politically supported thesis is being put forward is a form of manipulation aimed at those who need scientific justification. I am not saying anything new when I say that everything flows, i.e., is changeable – including scientific theses and research. So let us be precise: the position of the majority, because there has never been unanimity in science, changes over time.

Psychopaths are not usually scientists. However, if they have billions of dollars at their disposal, they can define what is “scientific” and what is not. All they need to do is invest money in research that confirms the threat to the environment posed by the physiology of cows.
Honestly: in 2019, Bill Gates was preaching that we had to stop cows from farting, bathe in fake meat, and go to zero emissions worldwide. Anyone who asked questions was immediately labeled an “uneducated science denier.”
There are numerous documented cases in which scientific papers that received positive peer reviews were rejected by publishers without refuting the scientific findings. Often, non-scientific reasons play a role, such as being “out of scope” for the journal, lacking “novelty,” or “political sensitivities.” Famous examples include eight papers that won Nobel Prizes but were initially rejected—e.g., Enrico Fermi’s work on weak interaction (1934) or the discovery of quarks (1964). In controversial topics such as climate change, COVID-19, or geopolitical conflicts, scientific papers are sometimes rejected for allegedly “non-scientific content” without any actual technical criticism. Science is easily manipulated. Scientists also need money to pay their bills. When the bailiff knocks on a scientist’s door, it is easier for them to change the subject of their scientific work to the only correct one, rather than insisting on a scientific truth that no one needs. Those who continue to work honestly despite this enormous pressure, and there are also fans among scientists who are loyal to the truth, are branded in the “scientific” press and relegated to insignificance, which amounts to complete degradation in the scientific career ladder.
Relying on the opinion of “all scientists,” i.e., uncritically accepting propaganda, is evidence of an uncritical acceptance of lies simply because they are spread on television.
