You may have heard that Dutch lawyer Arno van Kessel has filed a motion in court in a genocide case. The defendants are Bill Gates, Albert Bourla – the head of Pfizer – (the one from SMS to van der Leyen) and Mark Rutte, President of the Netherlands from 2011 to 2024, currently head of NATO. I wrote about this a year ago in the article Bill Gates in court. Van Kessel is the lead lawyer behind the internationally recognized lawsuit, which is due to be heard in the Netherlands on 9 July 2025. The lawsuit focuses on the legality of the COVID-19 vaccination policy, a possible violation of the Nuremberg Code and the allegation that the mRNA injections are an unapproved experimental technology that was politically coerced and harmful to health. This was the good news. The bad news is that Van Kessel, the attorney for the prosecution, was arrested on June 11 and his detention was extended by 90 days. This prevented him from participating in a well-prepared trial. What was the reason for this lawyer’s arrest? The accusation: alleged membership of a “criminal network” with “anti-constitutional ideas”. What exactly that means remains unclear to this day. There is no indictment and no concrete evidence has been presented. Eight people were arrested at the same time to justify the existence of this pseudo-network. The main argument of the public prosecutor’s office is that the members of the network profess anti-constitutional sentiments and may have the intention to use violence.
A similar accusation can be made against Mrs. Genowefa, a housewife from Podbrody Dolne, unknown to me personally because she is fictitious, who spat at the television when she saw another brazenly lying politician. There are hundreds of thousands of such ladies and gentlemen in Poland, so we are dealing with a network of people who ‘may have the intention to use violence’.
So we have a good example of justice and its impartiality. This is not the only case of its kind. In Germany, another courageous lawyer has become a victim of the system he dared to fight against.
I would like to draw attention to the outraged citizens. Outraged at idle lawyers who are supposed to be concerned with upholding the rule of law, while they don’t move from their sofa and continue to call on others to act. We have long since reached a situation where it is practically impossible for honest lawyers to do their job reliably, especially when politicians are interested in the subject. That would be the case if we supported their work in defense of freedom and democracy en masse.
We live in a hypocritical world in which justice is for sale, in which courageous people are harmed with the full force of state terror. What has happened to the brave doctors who fulfilled their duties despite the sanitary bans? Many of them have lost their license to practice. What about the independent media whose banks refuse to keep accounts in Germany and Austria? The system is fighting its opponents, depriving them of their livelihood, just so that we, almost all of us, think the way we are told to out of fear.
