Yesterday a very interesting discussion appeared on YouTube between two Americans: Judge Judge Napolitano (on the left in the video below) and Colonel Douglas McGregor. Both are known and respected in the US as good military and political analysts.

It is known that Poles are fighting on the Ukrainian side. The media also wrote about it. According to Colonel McGregor, they fight in Ukrainian army uniforms and take the oath of allegiance to Ukraine. It is estimated that there are between 10,000 and 30,000 such Polish-speaking soldiers in the Ukrainian army. There are also rumors that there are around 10,000 Romanian soldiers.

The colonel expresses his great appreciation for the professionalism of the Polish soldiers. It tells the story of a mutiny near Bakhmut (Donetsk) after the Ukrainian command ordered a suicide attack on Russian fortifications. Allegedly there was a shootout, as a result of which the Poles killed all the Ukrainians, as described by Colonel McGregor.

Another topic was discussed in the discussion. US Chief of Staff General Mark Milley said it was time to start negotiations with Russia. The Ukrainian counter-offensive is ineffective. Now a handful of Ukrainian soldiers are attacking, up to 100 strong, compared to tens of thousands three months ago.

When asked by Judge Napolitano whether the US government was aware that Polish soldiers were fighting in large numbers on the Ukrainian side and thereby endangering world peace, Colonel McCregor stated: Absolutely yes, the Poles would not take such a step without US approval.

Colonel McCregor, a veteran of the 2003 Iraq war, quotes General Mark Milley at a Pentagon conference where the US chief of staff accused Russia of war crimes. As an example of a crime, General Milley cites the Russian bombing of Ukraine’s energy infrastructure. Colonel McCregor explained that the US begins every war with just such actions. He recalled the NATO bombing of Serbia in 1999 and the attacks on civilian objects during the Iraq war. So when the US bombs civilian objects and kills a million Iraqis – including 500,000 children – that’s not a war crime, but Russian attacks on power plants are.
