Before anyone accuses me of twisting the title, I want to make it clear that I do this on purpose. The titles of my blog posts are a form of manipulation designed to pique readers’ interest. It doesn’t always work—as is often the case with manipulation. Sometimes I receive comments that refer to the title and make it clear that the commenter hasn’t read the article.
I came up with the idea for today’s paraphrase—which I think is funny—after reading yesterday’s article on unshadowed.substack.com: The AI Bird-Flu Scenario They Just Published.
In the foreseeable future, a terrorist group with minimal skills could access a jailbroken AI model… The group could use the model to design a new strain of H5N1 avian influenza that is more lethal and more easily spread from animals to humans than existing strains. Connecting remotely to one of the new generation of fully equipped, contract-for-service “cloud” labs, it could anonymously arrange for the virus to be built and tested and then sent to a biomanufacturing facility to be produced at scale. From there, the group could stealthily disperse the new strain through air-handling systems at major livestock farms across the United States.
This scenario was published in August by Elizabeth Sherwood-Randall—a former homeland security advisor in Joe Biden’s administration at the White House. Even back then, the terrorist group mentioned above existed within the United States Department of Defense—the U.S. Department of Defense—and was coordinating the implementation of the plan, codenamed COVID-19, with military precision.
Elizabeth Sherwood-Randall is currently a visiting professor (Ashton B. Carter Visiting Professor of the Practice of Public Policy) at the Harvard Kennedy School and director of the Initiative on Bioconvergence, Biosecurity, and Bioresilience (IB3). She is therefore not an author who warns humanity in her articles about a new “plandemic”—rather, she is one of the advocates of this “plandemic” of fear. Her warnings can be seen as an extremely contagious concern for our health, much like the following meme:

Fear is a tool. The fear of war, of a virus, or of high temperatures is the same kind of fear that forces irrational behavior, simply because a knight on a white horse has come riding in with a new “recipe” for how to save oneself from this panic. A solution that is effective insofar as it helps to further intensify that fear. The best way to cope with fear is through self-acquired, well-founded knowledge about the issue that triggers the panic.
The fearmongers face a difficult task, as the last “biological war” from 2020 to 2022 has destroyed the possibilities for manipulating society through the media. You can’t repeat the same, long-exposed lie twice. That is to say, you can, but its effectiveness will amount to no more than one percent of the original’s. Who will believe in another Bergamo? Only people who are particularly susceptible to influence and apathetic. Apathetic because they don’t bother to verify the sensational reports served up alongside all the propaganda. There will always be those for whom real life is experienced through the TV screen. If it isn’t mentioned on TV, it doesn’t exist.
TV, Coca-Cola, and chips. The height of bird intelligence. It is precisely these things that are spreading the news from the Polish Foreign Ministry that a declining Russia will soon lose the war against the economically thriving West. That’s just the “artificial flu,” fueled by bird intelligence—no offense to the birds.
