Today, the European Central Bank (ECB) provided an updated timeline for the release of its digital euro, a central bank digital currency (CBDC). Rollout has been delayed as the ECB had originally wanted to get its CBDC formally approved by October of last year, but admitted that the public is still yet to warm up to it, but said that they would ramp-up their propaganda efforts to sway some opinions.
On Thursday, an article appeared on thewinepress.substack.com, from which the above quote is taken: European Central Bank Targets Mid-2027 For CBDC Pilot, Complete Rollout In 2029, Will Begin Selecting Licensed Payment Providers Soon.
Instead of writing my own commentary as usual, I have decided to quote a text I found on Telegram that perfectly replaces my words:
They prepared you for the downfall.
They taught you to fear one word more than any other.
The downfall.
They showed you images of chaos, hunger, unrest, and despair. They trained your nervous system to associate the collapse of the system with your own demise. That was no coincidence. That was conditioning.
Because if you had ever understood what collapse really means, you would have stopped submitting to it day after day.
A system does not collapse unless it is already rotten. Empires do not collapse unless they are hollow inside. And currencies do not die unless they were not real to begin with. What is coming is not the end of stability. It is the end of an illusion that required your obedience to survive.
Look closely at how everything is falling apart. Banks are freezing accounts. Payment systems are no longer functioning properly. Governments are printing money that is worth less and less every month. Digital systems are failing more often, not less often. This is not poor management. This is the unveiling of the truth. The scaffolding is being removed so that you can finally see the structure underneath. And there is nothing there.
They wanted you to be busy fighting for survival so you wouldn’t notice the transformation. They wanted you to argue about politics, borders, and culture while the old financial architecture quietly crumbled. They wanted you to be exhausted, divided, and afraid, because a calm population would ask uncomfortable questions.
Questions like: Why is money created as debt?
Why is there interest on something created out of thin air?
Why does your work never pay enough, no matter how hard you work?
Why do the rules only apply to you?
They never saw this coming.
Awareness spreads faster than control.
Once you understand that the system only worked because you believed in it, the magic is gone. When enough people stop believing, obedience disappears. Not through force. Through refusal. Through non-participation. Through clarity of mind.
That’s why they’re rushing to implement the new digital framework. That’s why they talk about control, surveillance, compliance, and special powers. They are not building a future. They are desperately trying to replace the dying past.
But you can’t patch up a lie forever.
What comes after the collapse is, by definition, not chaos. Chaos only arises when people desperately cling to something that is already dead. For those who see clearly, collapse is merely a door. On one side—a life of artificial scarcity. On the other—a system designed for human life, not exploitation. And that is precisely where the truth they have hidden comes to light. It is true that the disasters of recent years, such as the planned pandemic, wars, the carbon tax, and the organized invasion of immigrants from distant countries, are symptoms of the disease of our financial system. The impending collapse of paper money has been used to introduce a global totalitarian system of tyranny.
It is not my intention to frighten you—public television and its siblings, radio and the press, are already doing an excellent job of that.

For six years now, we have been bombarded almost non-stop with apocalyptic visions constantly pouring out of the television. The next film also triggers fear, but in my opinion it is much healthier than fear of war, nuclear weapons, or viruses.
