In Scotland, prosecutors are investigating suspected cases of negligent homicide by companies (negligent homicide due to organizational failure by the government) in connection with its COVID-19 policies. The investigation is focusing on decisions such as the transfer of COVID-19 patients to care homes, the implementation of protective measures, and the reporting systems for deaths and their compliance.
After two years and nine months of investigation, detectives have concluded there is enough evidence to support a complaint of corporate homicide against the Scottish Government. As well as corporate homicide, police have considered the use of Do Not Attempt CPR (DNA-CPR) notices; the hospital discharge process; the RIDDOR (Reporting of Injuries, Disease and Dangerous Occurrence Regulations) and DATIX (the NHS system used for reporting incidents) reporting systems; the downgrading of hazard levels; end of life care in Scotland; and the standard of PPE required within care settings.
When governments endangered lives during the coronavirus pandemic, it wasn’t an emergency, but a potential crime. Scotland isn’t the end of the story, but very likely its beginning.
Jens Spahn (Germany’s Health Minister during the pandemic) appeared before the Bundestag’s coronavirus inquiry committee on Monday. With venomous arrogance and exaggerated self-satisfaction, the man partially responsible for the harassment of the unvaccinated provided a prime example of why the political class is so despised. Where there should be humility, insight, and remorse, an unprecedented lack of insight shines through. However, the CDU politician, who skillfully tried to deflect the accusations, stumbled. One thing is certain: the restrictions on the fundamental rights of the unvaccinated were based on political arbitrariness. Source.
Many doubt the possibility of a fair trial for the crimes committed by the government under the pressure and guidance of global powers. No wonder. In the current situation, we cannot expect a court to deliver a just verdict on all these injustices. The only force that can stop this murderous madness is people like you and me. We are eight billion – they are only 100,000 criminals. For every globalist criminal, there are at least 80,000 ordinary people.
Not all globalists are criminals. In the event of a confrontation, the vast majority will remain neutral, and some will even support the wave of resistance, if only to shift responsibility for the immense scale of the injustices committed.
If we merely express outrage at the impunity for killing our fellow human beings without even attempting to stop the bandits who wield immense power thanks to stolen money, they will feel unpunished. The only thing that truly interests them is widespread resistance to depopulation. They closely monitor public opinion and adjust their actions accordingly. Therefore, I ask you not to criticize attempts to restore the rule of law, even if the chances of success are slim.
