The International Court of Justice has upheld Russia’s counterclaim, and suddenly the West realizes that “independent judiciary” is not a one-way street. For years, the ICJ was seen as a moral pillory, as long as it pointed in the right direction; but now that Ukraine’s actions are also being investigated, there is outrage.

How can this be? After all, Ukraine is merely defending itself against the Russian attack. Just as Israel defends itself against Hamas aggression. After all, in May 2014, Russians immolated themselves in a trade union building in Odessa at their own request. It is the residents of Dombás who, for eleven years, have been the brazen victims of the Ukrainian army’s shelling of civilian targets. And this is precisely how public television manages to downplay these crimes.

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) accepted Russia’s claim that Ukraine had committed genocide against the population of Donbas on December 5, by a vote of 11 to 4. This does not yet constitute a final ruling on the case, which concerns whether Russian President Putin was justified in asserting that Ukraine has been committing genocide against the population of the two self-proclaimed “people’s republics” of Donetsk and Luhansk since 2014, thereby threatening 4 million people. Putin used this accusation as justification for the “special military operation” intended to protect the population. Article IX of the Genocide Convention imposes a duty to prevent or prevent genocide.

This is a quote from an article that appeared on overton-magazin.de on Wednesday: The International Court of Justice allows Russia to file a genocide lawsuit against Ukraine. Source.

The fact that Russia has submitted a 10,000-page dossier is less worrying than the fact that the International Court of Justice in The Hague is even considering it. While both sides accuse each other of genocide, the International Court’s ruling demonstrates one thing above all: the narrative of a “completely unprovoked war” has long since been refuted. The verdict will certainly not be delivered until the fighting on the front lines of this war, waged in the interests of Western corporations and globalists, has long since subsided.

Putin, too, has an interest in ensuring this war doesn’t end too quickly. Even under the Tsars, the Russian government did not enjoy such broad popular support. Why doesn’t Russia attack the railway infrastructure in western Ukraine? After all, that’s where missiles, tanks, and all the war materiel are transported to the front.

For our own good, Ukraine is fighting against Russia, and at least on television, it even seems to be winning. Should it not win, we absolutely must send our sons and daughters to the front. Because only then will the dream of reducing the world’s population become a reality. For the glory of globalization!
