The bewildering truth behind human technological enslavement is that it is impossible without the voluntary participation of the intended slaves. People must welcome technocracy into their lives in order for it to succeed. The populace has to believe, blindly, that they cannot live without it, or that authoritarianism by algorithmic consensus is “inevitable.”
This is the opening sentence of an article published today on ZeroHedge: Is Global Technocracy Inevitable Or Dangerously Delusional?
I have been accused of fighting technological progress. Such an accusation demonstrates a lack of understanding of what I write about. I certainly take many factors for granted and don’t mention them. This can lead to such misunderstandings. The problem lies not in the technology itself, but in the method, purpose, and intentions for which it is used. I have a technical background and forty years of experience developing often highly complex systems. I have described most of my projects on my website.

AI will only “be in charge” if the populace allows it to be in charge. We can shut it all down anytime we like. You can pull your cell phone out of your pocket right now and throw it away, cutting down your digital footprint and becoming virtually invisible compared to yesterday. By extension, society as a whole can say no to AI governance. The question is, will we?
I only partially implemented this. While a mobile phone is useful for communication, I practically never take it with me when I leave the house and usually keep it in a room where I don’t speak to anyone. During my trip to Poland, it was switched off. I know it’s just an illusion. It’s not for nothing that all newer mobile phones have a built-in battery.

For the past few years, ever since I stopped using my smartphone, I’ve been receiving strange calls. It started with someone claiming to be a Microsoft employee contacting me in broken English. Like most people, I’m a customer of that company—I use Windows. However, I have no interest in learning more about them. My response, “You don’t work for Microsoft—you’re a scammer,” was to no avail. The only thing that’s changed is the company itself—for the past few years, I’ve been getting calls from people claiming to be Amazon employees. I also receive many anonymous calls from countries where I don’t know anyone.
The only logical purpose of such calls, in my opinion, is to monitor my location—where am I? It brings me no material benefit. In September, I received a text message: Hi Dad, this is my new number. My phone broke, would you text me on WhatsApp at this number? +436769859xxx. My older son doesn’t have a cell phone and never wanted one, and my younger son didn’t send me this message. I don’t believe I violated this scammer’s privacy by publishing the phone number provided in the message.
Furthermore, like many of you, I receive emails asking me to “update” my information. This appears to be a common scam, and I want to show you just how closely we are being monitored.

It is true that enslavement is only possible if the majority accepts it in the name of security or the common good. Therefore, I believe it is important to inform people about the plans and ambitions of the would-be rulers of this world.
