I was surprised to learn of the plans for the summit in Budapest. I received this information after booking a hotel in that very city for a few days in early November. Perhaps, for once, the world’s greats will accommodate my plans and not move the summit venue to Minsk. I could at least try to get accreditation as a journalist for this important event, but I won’t. The prospect of shoving myself among the emissaries of Reuer, CNN, or other incompetent imitators of the staff of Volkstribüne, Neues Deutschland, or Rude Pravo doesn’t appeal to me at all.
I don’t want to praise the communist media of the Cold War, but today’s media seems even more corrupt to me than the aforementioned Soviet news agency TASS.
My trip to Budapest is independent of whether the summit takes place or not, but I think I’ll still have something to write about.
The geostrategic context of newfound pressure upon each, their increased bilateral tensions, and rising fears that false flag provocations in Europe could manipulate them into war with one another make it likely that their planned Budapest Summit will be more successful than the Anchorage one.

This brief analysis outlines the political situation ahead of the summit. True to its name, the coalition of war enthusiasts will do literally anything to prevent an end to the war. It would be no problem to send Agent 00x with a terrorist license somewhere in the mountains along the Polish-Slovak border. He could fire a missile at Putin’s plane, provided the trip takes place after Trump has pressured the authorities in Warsaw. No wonder, then, that the date and location of the meeting are being kept secret for as long as possible.
Ms. Ursula from the Eurokolkhoz group is also deeply interested in continuing the war. What else will protect her from being held accountable for her crimes by the lawyers who are hunting her? War or a similar catastrophe is her salvation. Just like the fictitious virus before her, Putin is now her perfect excuse.
