In these difficult times, any good news is a valuable development. On September 30, the Polish Constitutional Court ruled to allow “hate speech” – as the European Commission defines any criticism. If criticism, opposition to imposed rules, is “hate speech”, then what is defamation by the mass indoctrination media, of all those who disagree with the media lying to the public?
There is a sizable group of people who will show that this doesn’t do any good after all. If we suspend the right to censorship for a short time, “THEY” will find another way to adapt Polish law to the censorship requirements of the Bureaucratic Union. It is possible that this will happen. So there is nothing good that does not come from bad? Do you know the harshest way to punish such pessimists? Convince the fairy godmother to remove all the obstacles on their arduous path through life that they create for themselves. Then they would face an unimaginable tragedy, the greatest possible one: they would have nothing to complain about.

The article Victory for freedom of expression: Poland’s Constitutional Court overturns censorship law (source) published on Tuesday on tkp.at states:
Freedom of expression activists have won a major victory in Poland after the Constitutional Court ruled that important provisions of the so-called “Law Against Hate Speech”, which was intended to expand the scope of hate crimes in the Criminal Code, are unconstitutional. The court found that the proposed amendments constituted “an undue interference with constitutionally protected freedom of expression”.
Uff won’t be arrested any time soon when the Pole calls: we love bacon! In the British Isles, this is a violation of the law. Source.

It goes so far that the mere liking of posts on social media can be seen as an endorsement of a crime if the liked post supports such a crime. Source. What is the purpose of this type of obstruction of justice? It is a form of self-censorship based on fear. It is intended to limit support for statements that are unpleasant to the regime.
You have probably liked a post that you have not read to the end. If you agree with a radical MP’s statement to hold the perpetrators of a sanitized tragedy accountable, the MP is protected by immunity in this case, while the “liker” can suffer the consequences of such support. This is the path to self-censorship.
